Tracking and your staff
In Spain, if the cars are driven by your staff, the company must inform employees beforehand, expressly, clearly and unambiguously, that the vehicles are geolocated. This is set out in Article 90 of Ley Orgánica 3/2018 de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales, the Spanish data protection act (BOE of 06/12/2018).
